Reference Number 0000397232 Bid Intent Not Available The goal of this solicitation is to provide monitoring services for fire alarm panels, panic buttons, and elevators at 27 locations across the County. The County currently has 25 fire alarm panels, 2 panic buttons, and 2 elevators that are monitored by an answering service. The remaining 3/4 fire alarm panels and 20/23 elevators are being monitored by Central Control at the Detention Center. This project will move all fire alarm panels, identified panic buttons, and elevators to the same third-party monitoring service. The desire is to solicitate services from a third-party monitoring service to monitor all the County assets for fire alarm panels and elevators (except for the specific ones the Sheriff's office still wants to keep with Central Control). The goal is to provide monitoring services for fire alarm panels, panic buttons, and elevators at 27 locations across the County. Due to County operations this number may increase or decrease over the course of the contract along with the items monitored inside of each building. The 17 Mile House will need to be converted to an AES radio in this contract, please include pricing for this in the One-Time line items next to the associated building. Option to Renew for Subsequent Years: The prices or discounts quoted in this Solicitation shall prevail for one year from the effective date of the contract, at which time the County shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods; provided that the Contractor provided satisfactory performance during the contract period.
