Work will also include clearing and grubbing; water control and dewatering; erosion and sediment control; and excavation and embankment. The Contract Time for construction is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Contractor obligations will extend through a two-year warranty period to ensure the quality of the Work and to ensure the establishment of revegetation.
