Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Meet Specified Qualifications, and Possess Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. A Performance Bond and Insurance in a Form Acceptable to Owner Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. The Stanly County Board of Education Has Adopted a Minority Participation Policy Compliant With the North Carolina State Minority Recommendations.
