A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Village of Indiantown is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced, and properly licensed General Contractors or Building Contractors to provide Construction Management services for the Village Hall Building Renovations Project. The Contractor shall be fully responsible for complete Construction Management services, including strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. The scope of services includes pre-construction (planning, coordination, preparation), construction management (oversight, supervision, performance to meet quality, schedule, and budget), and post-construction and closeout (final inspections, documentation, turnover, and resolution of outstanding issues). All proposals must be submitted digitally through DemandStar by the specified deadline. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the total bid, either as a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check, delivered via certified mail. The successful proposer must furnish both a Payment Bond and a Performance Bond in accordance with the requirements.
