Ramsey County, through the Property Management Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide all supplies, equipment, material, labor, and incidentals for the Ramsey County Correctional Facility Mezzanine Barrier project, located at 297 Century Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN. Contractor Questions Due: October 22, 2025 All inquiries to be submitted via email Karen.Bollinger@co.ramsey.mn.us Work of this Contract comprises the addition of railings/barriers at existing Second Level railings and modification to the Stair Railings in five existing Housing Pods at the Ramsey County Correctional Facility, and associated work items.
