Murrieta Valley HS - Pool Modernization Bids are being solicited for the Murrieta Valley Pool Modernization Project at Murrieta Valley High School, Riverside County, California. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Owner to the Office of the Murrieta Valley Unified School District, Attention: Purchasing Department at 41870 McAlby Court, Murrieta, California 92562. Bids received after 2:00 PM PST on October 23, 2025, will be considered non-responsive and returned to the bidder. Errors in bids must be addressed in compliance with section 5100 et seq. of the Public Contract Code. Attendance at the mandatory Pre-Bid Conference (Job Walk) on October 9, 2025, at 7:00 AM PST at Murrieta Valley High School, 42200 Nighthawk Way, Murrieta, CA 92562, is required for all contractors bidding on the project. Failure to attend the entire conference will result in the bid being returned unopened. Documents are available on the District web-page. DSA File No. 33-32 The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes pool modernization and as indicated on Drawings. 2. The intent of these drawings and specifications is that the alteration, rehabilitation or reconstruction is to be in accordance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations. Should any existing conditions such as deterioration or non-complying construction be discovered which is not covered by the contract documents wherein the finished work will not comply with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a Construction Change Document, or a separate set of plans and specifications, detailing and specifying the required repair work shall be submitted to and approved by Division of the Sate Architect before proceeding with the repair work. Contract shall commence on December 1, 2025, and be completed by July 31, 2026.
