Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Murrieta, California. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Liquidated Damages :$1,500.00 per calendar day. leighton Project No. 13806.001 Project Duration :80 working days The Fire Station 1 Site Improvements Project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of but are not limited to: Site improvements and grading, survey, demolition, concrete removal and replacement, concrete structural section, asphalt concrete, site ADA modifications, site sewer replacement and sewer lateral connection, gates and fencing, miscellaneous electrical modifications, site signing and striping, gas line installation, existing natural gas generator relocation, mechanical sump pumps and wet well, storm drain improvements, water quality improvements, storm chambers, modular wetland systems, and other ancillary work as shown on the plans, these special provisions/specifications, or as directed by the City Engineer. Q&A Deadline 09/16/2025 2:00 PM (PDT): Online Q&A :Yes Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Plans or Specifications, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once notify Garrett Strang (Project Manager) at (951) 461-6085 or via email at gstrang@murrietaca.gov or submit a question on the PlanetBids Vendor Portal. Should it be found that the point in question is not clearly and fully set forth, an Addendum will be issued online through the PlanetBids Vendor Portal to all persons receiving a set of documents. The City will not be responsible for any oral instructions. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the above-stated project. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of but are not limited to: Site improvements and grading, survey, demolition, concrete removal and replacement, concrete structural sections, asphalt concrete, site ADA modifications, site sewer replacement and sewer lateral connection, gates and fencing, miscellaneous electrical modifications, site signing and striping, gas line installation, existing gas generator relocation, mechanical sump pumps and wet well, storm drain improvements, water quality improvements, storm chambers, modular wetland systems, and other ancillary work all as shown on the plans, standard plans, special provisions/specifications, or as directed by the City Engineer. All material and equipment shall be delivered by Contractor to the site, or to the City yard if removal and salvage is specified on plans. Contractor shall coordinate with utility companies and allow for construction time for utility relocation by utility agency, at no additional cost to the City.
