The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks competitive proposals from consultants licensed in California to provide On-Call Multiple Disciplinary Professional Services. These services include civil engineering, traffic engineering, plan check review, architectural design, landscape architectural, environmental, project management, construction management and construction observer, geotechnical engineering and construction material testing, survey and mapping, grant administration & labor compliance, and/or aquatic design services. Consultants may select any or all of the noted professional services. The award will go to the respondent who best meets the City's needs based on specified criteria, including qualifications and experience. The contract term is three years, with two one-year extension options. Proposals must be from entities licensed to do business in California and qualified for the requested services. Bids must be submitted electronically or on paper in response to the bid invitation.
