Final road repairs on Robinhood Road, Robinhood Lane, and a private road must conform to specified standards where applicable. The scope includes removing and replacing the asphaltic concrete for approximately 16,100 square feet. The work consists of removing delineated asphaltic concrete and hauling off spoils, wetting, fine grading, and mechanically compacting the existing base to match slope and drainage, cleaning joins and tacking with SS1H emulsion, and paving back road sections by placing and compacting three inches of 3/4" (PG64-10 or equal) and rolling for compaction and smoothness. The contractor is required to provide residents with 72-hour notice of paving dates, and paving must be performed on a non-trash pick-up day. Additional work includes installation of a 3-inch rolled berm for 50 feet and a 6-inch rolled berm for 20 feet. All provided measurements are approximations, and the contractor is responsible for determining actual quantities needed to complete the project to the District's satisfaction. Contractors must be DIR registered, and bond requirements apply for contracts exceeding $25,000.
