Renovation of a residential development in Leicester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade residential development.
As of November 7, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Livingston County Land Bank Corporation (the "Land Bank") requires renovation of the main structure located at 36 South Street, Leicester, New York. It is the intent of the Land Bank to contract with a Contractor and to establish a lump sum bid price to conduct this work. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Contract term: One hundred twenty (120) calendar days from Notice to Proceed Refer Questions in Writing to: Jeffrey Perkins LiRo Engineers, Inc. perkinsj@liro-hill.com Bid Bond Bids must be submitted using the forms provided in the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond payable to the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. If upon acceptance of a bid, a bidder failsto enter into a contract with the Livingston County Land Bank Corporation, the Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Land Bank. A certified bank check will not be accepted. Selected bid awardee shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond covering faithful and satisfactory performance of the work contracted in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
