Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work includes removal of the existing roof on the Public Safety Annex building located at 230 Business Park Blvd. and replacement with a TPO roof system. All work is to be performed according to the general and technical specifications provided by the manufacturer of the roofing product being installed and the scope of work provided. Submitted bids must be completed on original bid forms provided in the bid packet and may not be faxed or emailed. Only properly licensed general contractors per Alabama law may submit a bid. Attendance at a mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is required in order to submit a bid on the project.
