The Parish of Jefferson, authorized by Resolution No 147097. is hereby soliciting a Statement of Qualifications ( (TEC) Professional Services Questionnaire) for persons or firms interested and qualified to provide Professional Architectural/Engineering services related to the design and construction of Jefferson Community Action Programs (JeffCAP) Community Centers Improvements under the Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program funded with HUD CDBG-DR funds awarded to the Parish by the Louisiana Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery (LOCD-DR). (Council District(s) 1,2,3) General The scope of work associated with this project consists of Architectural, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), and Landscape Architecture design work for federally funded improvements to various Community Centers operated under the Jefferson Community Action Programs (JeffCAP) Department The scope of the improvements includes design and construction to increase the resiliency of the Community Centers by equipping backup generators for use during power outages, and making improvements as identified by JeffCAP to enhance normal operations, emergency response capabilities, energy efficiency, resiliency, and ADA compliance.
