Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.

Completion of the necessary trenching, electrical, concrete and signage and striping, and site remediation work included to make ready for the installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Equipment. Each Bidder shall submit its bid electronically in PDF format or another Microsoft compatible format as determined by SPS. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Questions about bids will not be accepted after the final inquiry date. Bidders are invited to an optional on-site pre-bid meeting at the specified date, time, and location. All questions regarding the request must be submitted in writing. Each bidder must state in its response that its bid shall remain effective for at least ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening. Bidders must include their company name, bidder’s license number, address, qualifying representative, phone, and email in their response. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
