The County seeks to establish an annual purchase order agreement to maintain the landscaping and irrigation along various roadways and storm water areas in the Palm Aire Community. The Work includes, but is not limited to, mowing, edging, weed and aquatic control, fertilizing, bush trimming, tree pruning, plants, grass and shrubs and all major and minor repairs pertaining to the landscape maintenance at the roadway and stormwater locations. It is the specific purpose of this ITQ to establish an annual agreement for the required services and to secure the cost and a reliable, experienced vendor to perform these services ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE MANATEE COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularies and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Also, the County reserves the right to accept all or any part of the bid/proposal and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the County.
