Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Bradenton, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The City is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for City Park Complex. The current proposed location for this project is on multiple City-owned parcels generally located at 1411 9th St W, Bradenton, FL 34205, that encompass approximately 42 acres combined. Multiple existing buildings are located on these parcels, some of which the City will have demolished under a separate contract ahead of the construction and some that will be part of this contract. Design services have been obtained and awarded through a separate contract. The selected CMAR shall coordinate with the Citys selected design consultant.
