Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Zelienople, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project Work will be performed under 2 Contracts as follows: Contract 25-1 - General Construction Contract 25-2 - Electrical Construction The work under this Contract generally comprises of the demolition of the existing facilities, surface treatment, construction of sidewalks, brick pavers, benches, fencing, partial sanitary sewer lateral and water service curb box and post hydrant. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Commonwealth Financing Authority, under the Common Wealth Financing Authority's Local Share Account Program may provide a portion of the funding for this Project. Contractors and subcontractors are required to furnish records to ascertain compliance with the Nondiscrimination Clause. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality any, defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids. QA date- 10/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER in writing using the Request for Information (RFI) form provided at the end of this Section. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of bids may not be answered.
