This is a turf installation project involving artificial turf infield installation at Busch Ball Diamond Park with associated earthwork, stormwater, concrete, and fencing work. May require prequalification for contracts exceeding $500,000 and water/sewer contractor tapper license. Busch Ball Diamond Park Turf Installation - REBID 1 Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans, specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Recreation & Parks, by email to aaazar@columbus.gov on or before 5/12/26. No phone calls will be accepted No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed on or about mid-October 2026. All work is to be completed by June 30th, 2027. BID CANCELLATION AND REJECTION The City may cancel the IFB, reject any or all bids in whole or in part, waive technicalities, and/or advertise for new bids, without liability to the City and when in the best interest of the City. The City shall have 180 calendar days from the date of the bid opening to provide the bidder a Notice of Award. During this 180 period, the bidder agrees to hold their bid prices.
