The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and services necessary for the stockpiling of 50,000 tons Untreated Base Grading W in the Yellowtail Pit near Lovell, WY, and 5,000 tons of Cover Coat Aggregate Type B, and 50,000 tons of Untreated Base Grading W in the Cody Pit near Burlington, WY as per specifications and job conditions described in the Project Manual. Bids must be submitted on forms supplied by Big Horn County. Sealed envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked with the project name and show the name and address of the bidder. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or bank draft for not less than five percent of the total bid amount, payable to Big Horn County. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each for one hundred percent of the bid. Bids not in accordance with instructions may be rejected. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to negotiate with the successful bidder to keep the project within available funding and budget. Facsimile or copies of bonds are not acceptable, nor are checks with expiration dates of less than one year. Funds are limited for this project.
