Project consists of the interior renovation of the existing Welding Lab and Construction Trades Lab, and Welding Storage areas within the Workforce Careers Center at Lincoln Land Community College campus located in Springfield, IL. The renovations include approximately 8,800 gross square feet of building area, including renovating welding lab, training lab, storage areas, and new equipment rooms to service renovated spaces. Contractors who have submitted a bid are invited, but not required, to attend the bid opening. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/) and the Drug Free Workplace Act (30 ILCS 580/).
