As of December 02, 2025, no bid was awarded due to financial shortfalls. No definite date for the rebid. This project consists of two separate repairs. Bidders are not required to bid on both repairs: 1. Replacement of (2) sewage grinder pumps 2. Replacement of (1) 2 1/2 ton outdoor A/C conditioning unit All work must conform to the relevant provisions of the City of Springfield Code of Ordinances including but not limited to, acquisition of necessary permits and other matters. This repair project will be utilizing Community Development Block Grant Funds from the City of Springfield. Bidders shall comply with all relevant terms and agreements pertaining to contract activities including, but not limited to, compliance with Davis-Bacon Act, proof of participation in a US Dept. of Labor certified apprenticeship program, comprehensive general liability, employer liability and workman's compensation insurance and equal employment opportunity. The successful bidder will be the lowest responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the requirements of the project and complies with all provisions of the specifications. Bidders should respond to this notice by presentation of a proposed contract as provided in the bidders' packet containing a fixed-price bid for the work and such additional terms and conditions as the bidder deems necessary or appropriate.
