**As of December 17, 2025,the awarded contractor is Stockton Building, with an awarded amount of $595,300.02.** The project involves the removal of the existing cabin and the construction of a new public plaza designed to accommodate both community events and daily public use. The redesigned space will include open lawn areas, hardscape zones with decorative pavers, vehicular and pedestrian concrete, site furnishings, seat walls, and associated drainage improvements. Landscape enhancements will be incorporated throughout the site, along with integrated electrical infrastructure to support lighting, sound systems, and other event-related requirements. The project will also include the relocation of existing flagpoles, removal of various existing signs, and protection of existing utilities, landscape materials, and drainage structures. Each bidder must show evidence of a valid license before their bid will be considered, with the license number, expiration date, and applicable classification clearly listed on the bid envelope.
