Site work for a fire / police facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
The Town of West Springfield, acting through its Planning and Construction Committee (PCC) and the West Springfield Police Department (WSPD), is seeking qualified and experienced architects and/or engineering (design) firms to submit proposals for the Police Station Feasibility Study. Bidders are required to provide documents defining their proposal. Electronic or physical bid submission is permitted. Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications must be submitted in writing to Jaime Flores at jflores@tows.org before 4:00 PM on October 31, 2025. As of March 4, 2026, per owner, project has not been put out for bid yet. Award for study identified.
