Bid Intent Not Available The Town of West Springfield, through its Central Maintenance Department, is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to supply and install approximately 628 feet of 48 inch chain link fencing for Tatham Elementary School. All quotes for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Payment Bond 50 % All work shall be completed by October 17, 2025. A $500/day penalty charge will be assessed if the contractor does not meet the specified final completion date.
