**General Bid Deadline: October 28, 2020, 2:00 PM The work involves various renovations including but not limited to: the installation of gypsum wallboard partitions, doors and frames, windows, suspended ceilings, lighting, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and roofing. Estimated construction cost is two hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($ 285,000). General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) as Prime/General Bidders in the category of General Building Construction and must include a current DCAMM Prime/General Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Prime/General Bidder's Update Statement. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for Roofing and HVAC, and must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A-H. State mandated prevailing wage rates must be paid according to M.G.L.
