**As of August 25, 2025, the project was awarded to United Concrete Products but the awarded amount is not available.** Telecommunications Shelter for West Springfield WCF Build Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The contractor shall provide individual estimates for precast-concrete equipment huts in 12 X 20, 12 X 26, and 12 X 32 lengths that meet all applicable Massachusetts building codes. Each hut shall be factory-equipped with a Kohler Model KSSB generator transfer switch and a WG+E-supplied meter socket installed by the manufacturer. The manufacturer shall provide an engineered foundation plan to support the hut. Fire suppression systems Novec-1230, Ecaro-25, or FM-200 shall be installed at the factory by the hut manufacturer. Factory-installed features shall include all racking, fiber management raceways, and complete alarm terminal block wiring for integration by the alarm vendor. Server and Data cabinet will be shipped to manufacturer. Alarm points shall include: Fire System (Trouble and Alarm/Discharge), Commstat 10 (High and Low Temperature), Intersect (AC Fail, ATS Normal, ATS Emergency, Surge Suppressor Monitor), Generator (Run and Fault), and Hydrogen Sensor. The scope shall include packaging, handling, and delivery to the project site. Monthly project updates shall be provided by the vendor to track progress and coordination.
