The Town of West Springfield, through its Department of Public Works, is seeking sealed bids from qualified contracts for 2025-2026 Supply of Hot and Cold Mix Asphalt and Aggregates (IFB# 25-0049). All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Question Deadline 07/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any questions concerning this IFB must be sent in writing to Jaime Flores, Procurement Administrator at jflores@tows.org. The contract term will run through June 30, 2026. The Town intends to award up to two (2) Unit Price contracts under this procurement. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a licensed surety company, or a Certified check, or a Treasurer's or Cashier's check in the amount of five (5%) percent of the base bid payable to the Town of West Springfield. A Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price will be required of all Successful Bidders awarded a contract. The Town of West Springfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding if it be in the public interest to do so.
