The City of Springfield's Office of Community Development will be utilizing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to solicit interest from nonprofit organizations for Rehab for Nonprofits for Program Year July 1, 2024- June 30, 2025. The City of Springfield is making available Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from its annual allocation for the purposes of providing nonprofit organizations serving the City of Springfield the financial resources to undertake certain eligible public facility related activities. Questions can be submitted in writing to lsibilia@springfieldcityhall.com no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 16, 2025. The City of Springfield is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
