All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M, inclusive as amended. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industries under the provision of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project.
