Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Los Altos Hills, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
**As of December 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of Los Altos is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide design, purchase, and installation of commercial-grade play equipment and safety surfacing at Grant Park (1575 Holt Avenue) and Shoup Park (400 University Avenue), including site preparation, removal and disposal of existing equipment and surfacing, delivery and installation of new equipment and surfacing, and coordination of a certified third-party safety inspection to ensure compliance with all applicable safety, accessibility, and building standards. In order to respond to this solicitation, please provide a completed Proposal Form package on the City forms provided (see Attachment 1 Contract Specifications), and provide a document that responds to the qualifications and design information (see Section 5 of the RFP).
