Scope Project scope shall include the construction of one (1) 247,000 gallon ground storage tank, one (1) 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tank, two (2) 1,000 gpm booster pumps, relevant piping and all associated site and electrical work. Bid(2%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%), Maintenance(100%), Certified Check Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to forty- eight (48) hours before the Bid Opening. This contract is to include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct a fully functional water plant consisting of construct and test well equipped with pumping units, control building with chloramination equipment and housing, booster pumps with concrete pad, ground storage tank, hydropneumatic pressure tanks,site and yard piping, flowmeasuring equipment complete with all necessary controls and electrical wiring and switches, diesel generator with automatic transferswitch, forfully automatic operation of the plant. The contract is also to include site work including drainage, landscaping,seeding, and fencing asindicated. All material and equipmentshall be installed complete and ready for operation atthe location, and in the manner prescribed in these contract documents. All work and materials installed shall conform to the requirements and standards of State Board of Health, State Board of Water Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, American Society for Testing Materials, American Welding Society, National Electric Code, American Water Works Association, and any other applicable standards.
