Please Note: Vendors must be registered in the LaGov vendor system in order for their bids to be tabulated The Contractor shall all furnish labor and materials to install emergency exit doors for the Louisiana University Marine Consortium (LUMCON). The Contractor shall be responsible for the following: Women's Dorm Exit Doors (2). Install blank interior/exterior cylinders on existing locksets with exterior keyed lever trim and push bar exit device on interior. Men's Dorm Exit Doors (2). Install blank interior/exterior cylinders on existing locksets with exterior keyed lever trim and push bar exit device on interior with 2 new door closers. Cafeteria Exit Door (1). Install blank interior/exterior cylinders on existing locksets with interior/exterior cylinders on existing locksets with exterior keyed lever trim and push bar exit device on interior. Double Door Exit (1). Install blank interior/exterior cylinders on existing locksets and remove inactive door leaf flush bolt rods. Install two interior surface rod panic bars with exterior pull handles on the exterior, one keyed cylinder on active door to lock/unlock door. Existing push/pull bars shall be removed from existing doors to install new hardware. Plugs shall be applied to existing preps in doors. Cylinders shall be keyed alike for current operation. Rekeying of cylinders with master and with LUMCON's current keyed system.
