The work consists of installing new water line, fire hydrants and appurtenances on Walmac Street and Betal Court. Note - Bid Date Completion Options: Option 1: Start in 2025, complete water main installation by December 31, 2025, with final paving in April 2026 when asphalt plants reopen [Bid Docume...etal Court] Option 2: Start and complete the entire project by May 31, 2026 [Bid Docume...etal Court] Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. Seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the Bidder shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
