This project consists of: > Lining approximately 6044 L.F of 8" and 317 L.F of 10" and 297 L.F of sanitary sewer including cutting in and brush the sanitary laterals at various locations in the City. Bidders shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
