The work consists of replacing water line, fire hydrants and appurtenances on the following streets: Rye Drive from Brandt Pike to Resik Drive Barnard Drive from Benedict Road to Beecham Drive Bergan Drive from Barnard Drive to Shady Oak Street Naughton Drive from Nebraska Ave to Neyer Court Packard Drive from Longfellow Avenue to Kautz Drive Macon Avenue from Lemoyne Drive to Old Troy Pike Korner Drive from Harshmanville Road to Keywest Drive Leston Avenue from Old Troy Pike to Harshmanville Road Old Troy Pike from Leston Avenue to Macon Avenue Kirkview Drive from Pathview Drive to Taylorsville Road Pineview Drive from Pathview Drive to 7083 Pineview Drive Troy Manor Road from Tyndale Court to Longford Monday Villa Leawood Drive from Harshmanville Road to Citadel Drive Leycross Drive from Harshmanville Road to Longford Road Menlo Way from Hemingway Road to Alter Road Luton Court from Hemingway Road to Alter Road Bid Guaranty in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid.
