Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the widening of Brandt Pike (SR 201) at Carriage Trails Parkway. This project consists of widening approximately 1,700 lineal feet of roadway to provide left and right turn access to Carriage Trails Parkway. Associated improvements include the addition and/or modification of pavement markings, curb and gutter, sidewalk, a new mast arm traffic signal, and storm sewer improvements. Bidders shall submit a Bid Guaranty in the form of either: a. A bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
