Site work for a road / highway in Huber Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
This work consists of installation of a mast arm traffic signal at the intersection of Fishburg Road and Brandt Pike (State Route 201). Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. Seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the Bidder shall submit a bid guaranty or a certified check, cashier's check in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage of the City of Huber Heights.
