Utility Improvements for Cartwright Mays, Phase 3A and CR 261 - Present plans provide for the construction of single-family, residential structures. The proposed residences are anticipated to create light loads to be carried by the foundations. We expect the residences will be supported using slab-on-grade foundation systems designed for soil-related potential movements of 4 1/2 inches. No below-grade slabs are planned. The Developer, CMDev Land, LLC., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to CMDev Land, LLC. on behalf of Kaufman County Fresh Water Supply District No. 7A in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
