The University of Central Oklahoma is seeking a vendor partner to complete Facility Condition Assessments of 44 campus buildings aged 10 years and older, (approx.2.1mSF), and provide reports. Assessments will occur in two phases, over two years. If project cost exceeds $50K, bond is required per Title 61 O.S. 113.B. Vendors shall ensure that complete and competent evidence of such coverage is provided to the University in their proposal package. The Bond and insurance are required to be in effect and cover 100% of the project until accepted in total by UCO. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
