Demolition and site work for a residential development in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Trinity Builds, LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), Architecture and Engineering Services, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, will receive sealed bids on Bid Package #1 for Residence Stair Tread Replacement project. These bids shall include all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the scope of work for their respective bid packages. Project Description: Trinity Builds will be demolishing and repairing and/ or replacing concrete stair treads at Commons Residence Buildings 1000, 2000, and 3000. Notice to ALL Bidders: Please be advised that this project is subject to the Rules under the venue of Oklahoma State Statute Title 61 (Section 580) for the Construction Management Contract delivery method (see also House Bill No. 2889 and Senate Bill No. 1172). It is the intent of the Owner that this project will be tax exempt. Sales taxes are to be listed as a separate line item and NOT included in the base bid. Due to the nature of this project, the required fabrication and delivery of critical materials shall be included in the scope summaries. Multiple crews working in all areas of the project may be required and are to be reflected in your bids. Failure to conduct a thorough site inspection to completely familiarize yourself with the scope of work will NOT relieve any Bidder from their responsibility to provide a complete and comprehensive bid proposal. Any "apparent omission" not specifically shown on the documents or specified that is required (to be furnished and/ or installed) to complete the intended scope of work IS REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE BID and will not constitute a claim for additional or extra work. Successful bidders will be required to meet insurance requirements provided in exhibits and include pricing for use of Procore Pay billing for this project. All bids are to be sealed and CLEARLY labeled by providing the date, contractor name, project name, and indicating the contract scope being bid on the envelope. Items required to be included in the sealed bid envelope include: Bid Proposal Form and Bid Proposal Unit Prices Form, a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid (bid bond or cashier's check) if bid exceeds $50K, Payment and Performance Bond Rate listed on bid form, Specific Trade Requirements initialed, NonCollusion Affidavit, Sample COI (see Subcontractor Insurance Requirements) and the sealed proposal of each bidder. Bids received after the bid submission time will not be accepted. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date of bid opening stated above. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Bidders may obtain complete sets of Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Packages through Procore and PlanHub as well as viewed at the local Plan Rooms. (Bidder will be responsible for the review of all bidding and construction documents.)
