Site work for a water / sewer project in Montreal, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Installation of a chemical feed system capable of feeding an aluminum-based coagulant for phosphorus compliance, and associated appurtenances, including but not limited to tanks, secondary containment, emergency eyewash and shower, hot water heater, and necessary plumbing and electrical components. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service QuestCDN.com. Potential bidders shall submit a Bidder’s Proof of Responsibility – Qualifications Statement to Becher Hoppe Associates, Inc., and the City of Montreal. Each bidder must deposit with the bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders along with supplemental forms required. The City of Montreal reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to award the contract in the best interests of the City. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the bid opening. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The work described is subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 and 66.0903 and other applicable sections of the Wisconsin Statutes.
