Site work for a water / sewer project in Blaine, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are requested electronically for furnishing all work and materials for City Improvement Project No. 25-16, the 2025 Blaine Storm Sewer Lining Project. The work consists of approximately: - 128 linear feet of 15-inch CIPP lining - 170 linear feet of 15-inch x 21-inch arch pipe CIPP lining - 100 linear feet of 27-inch CIPP lining - Traffic control (and all related work and appurtenances) The project must be done in accordance with plans and specifications provided by the City. All bidders must submit bids on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials. Within ten days of notification of award, the bidder must enter into an agreement with the City and furnish bonds for the full contract amount. The City reserves the right to reject any and all quotes or waive any informalities. No quote may be withdrawn for 30 days from date of opening. Construction may begin after project award and preconstruction meeting, and must be completed by November 30, 2025. Plans and specifications are available only electronically; paper copies will not be provided. Question Deadline 10/16/2025 Submit to the Engineer a written request for an interpretation thereof at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled Bid Opening.
