Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility; for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of renovating and repairing the existing commercial vehicle inspection canopy and the Visitor Control Center at Grandview Gate. It also includes repairs to exterior infrastructure and equipment such as vehicle barriers, roadways, sidewalks, utilities, generator set, and area lighting. The proposed project is planned to be a firm fixed-price, design-bid-build new construction project located in MHAFB, Idaho. In accordance with FAR 36.204, construction magnitude is estimated to be in the range of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. 100 percent payment and performance bonds will be required. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
