Renovation of a military facility in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Replace the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) system and associated equipment in Building 1501 at Mountain Home Air Force Base by providing all labor, materials, services, and oversight required to remove existing components and install a complete new controls system. Work includes replacing controls for two air handling units, twenty VAVs with reheat, four VAVs with reheat and CO2 monitoring, and two fan coil units (AC-1 and AC-2). The contractor shall install one HVAC emergency shutdown switch, one hot water system control, one hot water loop pump, one outside air sensor, and one BACnet router, ensuring full integration and functionality in accordance with the Statement of Work. Location: Building 1501, Mountain Home Air Force Base, 366 Gunfighter Ave, Mountain Home AFB, ID 83648 The period of performance for the following Statement of Work (SOW) shall be 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
