The Owner, Newburgh Enlarged City School District will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete Phase 1 Renovations and Alterations. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: Contract No. 1-01 - Single Prime Contract (GC) Newburgh Enlarged City School District -124 Grand Street Newburgh, New York 12550 All work associated with the construction of the Local History Workroom located on the second floor of the library. Including all General, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical construction as indicated on the construction documents. Q/A :- No interpretation of the meaning of the Contract Documents, the existing conditions, or of the scope of work will be made verbally. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. A full performance bond, together with labor and material payment bonds in form acceptable to Owner shall be required of the successful Bidder for the full contract amount.
