Sealed bids are requested for snow plowing operations at the Fire District Headquarters for a term of one year with two one-year renewal options, starting November 15, 2025. Each proposal should cover all labor and materials required for the snow plowing operations as outlined. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Snow Plowing Operations" and received by the Fire District Secretary no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 21, 2025, or hand delivered prior to 7:30 p.m. at the Fire District office. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interests of the District. The lowest qualified bidder meeting the specifications will be awarded the bid. Proposals must include certification of non-collusive bidding in accordance with Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and must conform to applicable statutes.
