Project Name: Nebraska City North; Project Number: C-66(709). Project Location: Business 75, beginning at Highway 75 and proceeding east for approximately 1,170 ft. Scope: Construction of approximately 1,170 feet of 9" doweled pavement on prepared subgrade. Work includes pavement removal, grading, concrete pavement construction, earth shoulder construction, pavement markings, erosion control and other incidental work. Selected bidder shall furnish necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work as per the Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. Each bidder must submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Treasurer of Otoe County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent of the bid. The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated start date and completion date for all work on the project. The Contractor will be allowed sixty-five calendar days for project completion.
