Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Issaquah, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Construction of a new dog park including the removal of the existing fencing, gates, mulch, and installation of new fencing, concrete plaza and walkway, maintenance and access gates, drinking fountains, benches, small shelters, storm drainage, water system, sewer system, and landscaping. Proposals are to be on the forms included in contract documents and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Issaquah, in an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid. The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids and to award the contract to a single bidder based on the lowest responsible bid for aggregate total of all schedules. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time announced for the opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty-five days. Disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award.
