The City requires technical support for stormwater modeling, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and environmental permitting related to current and upcoming stormwater and stream restoration capital improvement projects and regulatory obligations under the City's NPDES Phase II Western Washington Municipal Stormwater Permit. Consultants must be familiar with the City of Issaquah Stormwater Management Policy (IMC 13.28), the King County Surface Water Design Manual (KCSWDM), and any other adopted City stormwater and environmental policies and codes. Question responses returned by: December 18, 2025 The City of Issaquah (City) seeks to secure the services of on-call consultants who are tasked with providing a range of engineering services. These services may be in support of larger capital project efforts or may fill one-time engineering needs. The City intends to retain up to one on-call firm. The number of hours and work volume will vary. The City does not guarantee that any task orders will be authorized by the City. Upon approval and contract execution by the City, the on-call contract(s) will be for a period of two (2) years with an opportunity for one (1) one-year extensions upon mutual agreement. The City reserves the sole right to reject any and all submittals, to not award a contract, and to cancel or modify this solicitation process at any time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
