Supply materials for the construction of triple 60”x84’ corrugated metal pipes on a 30° skew with 2-15° elbows, steel headwalls and wingwalls, deadman and sloped inlet apron. Work includes supplying corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls and wingwalls and delivering said materials to the project site. The selected bidder shall furnish all necessary equipment, transportation, labor, materials, and incidentals required to fabricate and deliver the materials as per the Contract Documents. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished with the Bid Documents. Each bidder will be required to submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the Treasurer of Johnson County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the accompanied bid proposal. The bidder shall include with its bid proposal an estimated delivery date for the materials to the project site. The desired delivery date is six (6) to eight (8) weeks after award of contract.
