Johnson County School District 49-0050, commonly known as Johnson County Central Public Schools, is requesting bids from qualified individuals or entities for a high school improvement project consisting of replacement of the mechanical system, among other project components, at Johnson County Central Public Schools, 358 N. 6th St., Tecumseh, NE 68450. Bids must be made on the bid form contained in the Bidding Documents. One completed copy of the bid form, signed by the bidder, shall be addressed and delivered to Johnson County Central Public Schools, Attn: Superintendent, 358 N. 6th St., Tecumseh, NE 68450. E-mail, facsimile, electronic, or telephone bids are not allowed. Any bid received after the deadline will not be opened or considered, and will be returned to the bidder. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Bidding Documents and bid instructions may be obtained by emailing planroom@clarkenersen.com. Only complete sets of documents will be issued. Bidders should familiarize themselves with the site conditions, bidding requirements, and specifications. Please follow information in the Project Manual for submitting questions during bidding or construction. Question Deadline 03/17/2026 Requests for clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents must be submitted by the Bidder in writing to planroom@clarkenersen.com, and shall be received by the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
